The Willow River Rod and Gun Club has a large facility to maintain.  The club does not employ any paid personnel so we rely on members to donate time and services for club maintenance and improvements.  The club understands the value of time and offers a significant discount of the annual membership fee for members donating 10 or more hours of time to club maintenance, improvements or activities.

The Membership Director tracks donated time by recording documentation provided by the volunteer.  Volunteers can either hand in a white work hours sheet to any board member or fill out the work hours report on line.  If a board member is unavailable, hour report sheets can be found and deposited in the ammunition box attached to the club house entrance.  This time is tracked on the club’s roster and posted on the member’s only portion of the web site.
