The Willow River Rod and Gun Club has a large facility to maintain. The club does not employ any paid personnel so we rely on members to donate time and services for club maintenance and improvements. The club understands the value of time and offers a significant discount off the annual membership fee for members donating 10 or more hours of time per year to club maintenance, improvements or activities.
The Membership Director tracks donated time by recording work hour documentation provided by the volunteer. Work hour forms are available in the clubhouse entrance. Just fill out the form and return to the lockbox, also in the entrance. Make sure the name on the work hours slip is the primary member’s name (written legibly) so they receive proper credit.
If you are interested in helping the club with a maintenance project or activity, please contact club leadership.
